From the warehouse
to all in.

Five months to build the bridge, so January is a step onto it, not a leap off a cliff. Replace the paycheck. Make it run without you. Then go home.

Target: January 2027 Trip: 6–9 weeks in Nigeria Away: 6+ years

01THE EQUATION

The job isn't the thing. It's the scaffolding.

The warehouse funds the build. The whole point of these five months is that by January three things are true, so leaving is a step, not a gamble.

1

Remote income replaces the paycheck

The ventures + a remote role cover what the warehouse covers, and then some, before you give notice.

2

The machine runs without you

Everything can operate for 6–9 weeks while you're on the ground in Nigeria. Being away feeds it, not stalls it.

3

The trip does double duty

A homecoming after 6+ years, and the biggest business move on the table, in the same trip.

The rule: you quit onto a bridge we build first. Income replaced, systems running, then the notice goes in. Never before.
02REPLACE THE PAYCHECK

Stack the income so no single stream is load-bearing.

Ranked by leverage. The security role is the anchor that alone can beat the warehouse; the rest stack on top so if one is slow, you still land.

01 · anchor

Remote security job biggest lever

Six figures, remote by design, out-earns the warehouse on its own. This is the fastest, cleanest paycheck replacement, and it's already the active job hunt.

Path: fix the resume (the gate) → 3–5 tailored apps/day → interviews → offer. Receipts already in hand: published CVEs + the security-research repo.
02 · recurring

Pejji managed revenue recurring

Websites + managed care + Google Business, sold and delivered over WhatsApp. The v2 auto-delivery machine turns this into recurring money that doesn't need your hands on every order.

Path: finish the auto-delivery pipeline → the sales team feeds it → a recurring base of managed clients.
03 · high ticket

Securva audits high ticket

NDPA + security audits. Bigger tickets, fewer needed to matter. The CVEs and Securva positioning already do the credibility work.

Path: templated intake + delivery → a handful of audits a quarter moves the number.
04 · physical rail

TTA + the China supply chain your 30%

Print + production, now incorporated, with the China sourcing angle. The physical rail that also anchors the family-business trip.

Path: map true landed cost → branded production → scale on the ground in January.
05 · flywheel

Content + the How We Made It engine long game

Not income yet, but the flywheel: attention → trust → leads into every stream above, plus eventual platform + sponsor money. The episode factory is built and running.

Path: keep the cadence → audience compounds → monetizes after the runway.
The one number that makes this real

Tell me your warehouse take-home (per week or month). That's the target line every stream above adds up toward, and it sets the quit trigger: notice goes in only once replacement income clears that line and holds steady for a set stretch.

03RUNS WITHOUT YOU

Set it up so 6–9 weeks away feeds the machine, not stalls it.

The autonomy layer. Before you fly, each of these either runs itself or has a clear owner. This is the real reason the automation work matters right now.

Pejji delivers on autopilot

DM → intake → pay → auto-build → approve → live. Orders flow without you touching every one; approvals shrink to a phone tap from anywhere.

Content keeps posting

Episodes + posts batched and scheduled ahead on the box. Scripts and voiceovers built in advance so the calendar never goes dark while you're away.

Securva intake covered

Templated audit intake + a covering process so leads don't fall through during the trip.

TTA runs on the ground

Salami owns day-to-day ops (and you're there in person anyway). Clear handoff on anything you normally carry.

The always-on layer holds

Me and Buddy keep the systems watched, the alerts flowing, and the work moving while you're offline with family. You approve, we run.

04THE TRIP

One trip. Two missions. Both matter.

The part money can't buy

Home.

Six-plus years. Every event, gathering and connection you missed. This is the fuel, protect it.

  • Family, in person, unhurried
  • The gatherings and events you've been absent from
  • Roots, faith, the connections that ground the whole mission
  • Rest and reset that no amount of remote work replaces
The biggest business move

On the ground.

In person does what months of WhatsApp can't. Same trip, no extra cost.

  • TTA in person with Salami + Rahman
  • The China supply chain: true landed cost, branded production
  • The family business, hands-on
  • Meet the sales team, lock the physical side
05THE TIMELINE

Five months, month by month.

AUGUST

Foundations + the job hunt starts

Resume fixed (the gate). Apps begin. Pejji auto-delivery build underway. Episode engine rolling. TTA banking + landed-cost mapping.

SEPTEMBER

Volume + first auto-deliveries

Applications at full volume, first interviews. Pejji's first hands-off deliveries. Content cadence live and consistent.

OCTOBER

Interviews + recurring base

Interview pipeline moving. Pejji managed clients stacking. Securva intake warm. Autonomy systems being tested for real.

NOVEMBER

Land the anchor

Target the remote-role offer. Income streams visibly stacking toward the warehouse line. Run-without-you checklist mostly green.

DECEMBER

Clear the trigger, give notice

Replacement income confirmed and holding → notice goes in. Systems locked for the away window. Trip booked, agenda set (family + business).

JANUARY 2027

Land in Nigeria. All in.

The machine runs remote. You're home after 6+ years, family and roots first, and building the physical side on the ground. The comeback, in person.

The one who left,
comes home — and lifts both sides.
